Im a professional dog groomer
I am very pleasantly surprised with these clippers. I have had them for several months and actually use them on an average of 8 to 10 dogs four days a week. I love them. I honestly cant say anything bad about their performance or battery life. The only issue I have is the cost of the blades. I loved them so much that I bought a much more expensive set of professional level D series clippers and have been very disapointed with my new ones, they do not cut nearly as well as the Pet Command clipper. The blades however are half the cost. My sharpener cant/wont sharpen these blades for either clipper and even tho they are both d series blades they are not interchangable. I have been looking thru reviews and questions to try to find information about sharpening the blades but cannot find anything. 50 dollars is a lot to pay for blades that stay sharp only about a month or so but the clippers work so well that it may just be worth it.

Good for Doodles!
I absolutely love these clippers! I have a Goldendoodle with super curly hair. We do brush him nightly so he does not have any mattes. I didn’t want to keep bringing him to a groomers so I bought some cheaper ($60ish) clippers and cut his hair myself. It was really uneven and I wasn’t sure if the reason was the cheaper clippers with the plastic guards or me with no prior grooming experience. I wanted to order a more name brand clipper to try again but I couldn’t figure out which one to order and if it was worth the hefty price tag (having cordless was a must for me). I decided to order these because they still had metal guards, it was cordless, and they were almost half the price of the name brand ones I was looking at. I wasn’t disappointed. These cut my doodle’s hair so much better.The clippers came fully charged and after an hour of grooming I only went down to 75%. The battery life is shown on the clippers. The charger plugs into the stand or into the clippers directly. If the battery dies while in the middle of grooming, you can use the clippers still while they are plugged in. The charger is an actual wall plug instead of USB.The attachments are fantastic. I love that the guards are metal and they stay on with no problems at all. The blades actually screw in and are removeable so the best part about that is you can use different sizes but also the name brand blades work with these clippers as well. It came with 4 metal guards ranging from 1/8” to ½”. I used the 1/2” guard for my doodle. The blade did get pretty hot but I was still able to groom for an hour with no issues. The clippers are quiet and lightweight.I do also want to note that prior to using these clippers, I did use a good quality shampoo and conditioner on our doodle and also used an HV dryer. This really helps make the cutting go a lot smoother.There’s only one thing I would change about these clippers- I kept hitting the power button by accident while I was in the middle of grooming. I wish that you had to hold it down for about 2 seconds for the power to actually turn off instead of a quick press of the button. Regardless of that, I would 100% recommend these clippers and am so happy I went with these!

Update: After the review, I received an email offering a full refund. A few days later, I received a personal phone call to discuss the problems I had with the clipper. After listening, he offered a replacement blade they thought would improve my experience at no charge. I said I would give the new blade a second chance. I’ll update if it helps. The refund and personal phone call to remedy the issue makes impressive customer service and a company that cares about its product and customer experience.——————————————-This is quite possibly the worst clipper I’ve used. I have a golden doodle and moved to Florida. He gets hot easily, so I trim him every 2-3 weeks. I liked that the cutting parts were all metal and hoped for a good cut. It did not glide smoothly through his fur (he did not have mats, I brush him daily, and he was thoroughly washed, conditioned, dried, and brushed beforehand). I had to constantly stop because his fur would build up and get stuck (with other brands I could just shake the fur off; with this one I had to stop and pull fur out from the guides). It was louder than others I’ve used, so my pup was constantly looking back at it. It took me longer to trim him, and I had to make several passes over the same areas as I could tell it was not trimming. It did not work well and didn’t trim his paw pads. The next day, he looked extremely uneven with rogue fur sticking out in many different areas.

For this price Not. My 35.00 ones all. Are better than these. They don’t cut very well. You have to keep going over and over the coat. I definitely would not buy these. I’ve been a groomer for years. So I know my clippers.
