One Happy Kitty, One Ecstatic Owner!
Overall, this machine is definitely a keeper! It is a great replacement to the many brushes, combs, and devices we’ve tried in the past to get rid of pesky fur that never seems to get everything no matter how long you brush. Here are my thoughts on the machine:Pros:- Comes with a lot of different grooming tools for both short hair and long haired animals. Also comes with two grooming tools, which was unexpected but very welcome.- Includes a trimming kit in case you want to trim your pet yourself (and save yourself hundreds in salon fees)- Comes with a brush attachment to clean pesky hair off clothes (no more spending money on lint rollers)- Machine is small, compact, and easy to plug in thanks to the retractable cord- The machine has a large area for pet fur, so you could probably groom a few times before having to dump all of the fur.- Hose is sufficiently long and suction is powerful, even at the lowest setting- BIG: The cleaning button on each brush ACTUALLY gets all of the hair out of the bristles (many times with other brushes hair is stuck in the bristles)- There is a dock to hold the other brush accessories (minus 2)- The attachments grab a lot of fur (especially the deshedder, which removes what almost seems like a whole pet’s worth of hair).Cons:- Two of the brush accessories do not have a spot on the accessory holder. It would have been nice to include two additional slots as a second layer so that all the attachments can fit on the machine assemblyAnd that’s really it. Gone are the days of demure pet grooming and finally we have something that makes brushing the furry ones and keeping the house clean so easy!

This grooming kit is a game-changer!
I have two corgis, who both shed like crazy. I was constantly battling fur tumbleweeds around the house, but this pet vacuum grooming kit has made a world of difference!Here’s why I love it:My dogs actually enjoy it! The vacuum is surprisingly quiet, so they don’t get scared. In fact, they seem to find the grooming relaxing.It’s incredibly easy to use. The attachments are simple to switch out, and the vacuum itself is lightweight and maneuverable.Cleanup is a breeze. The canister detaches easily and empties in seconds.Versatility: This kit comes with a variety of attachments for different grooming needs. I can brush, trim, and de-shed with ease.Effective: It truly does a fantastic job of removing loose fur. My house has never been cleaner!If you’re looking for a grooming solution that will keep your furry friends happy and your home fur-free, look no further. This kit is worth every penny!

Love this but wish it had comb that would go deeper in coat. Otherwise dogs love getting groomed with this!!

Cats Actually Enjoy Their Spa Days!
This product delivers even more than I had hoped! The entire vacuum and all attachments are well made, durable and easy to clean and maintain. Each piece fits together as it should. Although the suction has many levels to select from, even the lower ones do a great job. Start out using the lower suction settings until your animals feel comfortable, then you can increase it. My cats love getting brushed and we LOVE not being covered in hair ourselves when we are done! Worth every penny, and our cats come on their own when they see us setting up the vacuum. Depending upon the thickness of the animal’s coat, I have found that it is most effective to brush against the growth pattern to reach the undercoat and then go back and brush again going with the growth pattern, especially with our very furry long haired cat! This will remove the loose hair best, as well as dander! Being 77 and 80, it is much easier to have our fur babies come willingly to be groomed, since we aren’t fast enough to catch them anymore. LOL

Happy with the product
I recently bought the PAWSPIK Grooming Vacuum Kit for my cat. Grooming used to take a long time and created a lot of loose hair, but this kit has helped reduce the mess. The machine is easy to use and quieter than I expected. With some training, my cat adapted to it and now stays calm during grooming.Two things that helped:1. I started brushing with the machine off.2. I offered small treats during grooming.Overall, the process is now quicker and cleaner, and it helps keep loose hair out of the air.

Excellent customer service!
The very first time I used this product, it got almost through to the end of the grooming session and quit. I contacted the seller within 30 days of purchase via the email listed in the User Manual. They never responded. I emailed again 3 days later – still no response. I am now outside the 30 day window of return and I’m out almost $200 for an item that is defective. Today I tried using the clippers/vacuum again, and it will run for maybe 2 seconds and then shut off. I am very unhappy with this defective product and this seller and would give 0 stars if I could.UPDATE: After finding the correct email online (support@pawspik.com), they responded to me within 1 hour. After receiving all information from me within a few emails, they sent out a replacement unit to me which I received about 1 week later. They were very understanding and apologetic about the issues I had faced and I know with full confidence that if I have any future issues, they will be on top of it. I have now used the replacement unit 2 times and it’s working well. It makes grooming so very easy for trimming our Cavapoo and we also love the deshedding tool for our short-haired black lab mix. I am very impressed with their customer service and I would buy from them again, knowing they have my back.
