A Simple, Chemical-Free Layer of Protection
Finding a chemical free solution for pest prevention is always the goal, and this BioPower Pet Shield is an interesting alternative to the usual topical drops or oral meds. Since it uses “bioresonance” frequencies rather than pesticides, it is a great option if you are worried about side effects or skin sensitivities. It is basically just a lightweight, stainless steel tag that clips onto a collar, making it easy to set and forget for up to a year.The main trade off here is the science versus the convenience. While many pet owners have great success with it, the “energy frequency” approach lacks the same clinical backing as traditional veterinary products. It also requires a three to four week lead time to become effective, and it won’t clear an active infestation. It is strictly a repellent.For those of us in areas where ticks are a serious concern, this might be best used as a secondary layer of protection. However, if you are looking for a non toxic, water resistant, and low maintenance way to keep the bugs away, this two pack offers solid value for a more natural lifestyle.

Cautiously optimistic
Ticks season is bad this year so I’m hopeful that this will work well. My sister’s dog has already encountered them this year so I got it for her to try out. I like it in theory. Obviously not having to get flea and tick medication for your dog or worrying about chemicals or side effects and stuff of a natural option is enticing.I like the design of it. I will update my ranking depending on the long term effectiveness.

Save your money, does not work!
Aside from being expensive, when I purchased this most of the reviews stated that they can’t wait to see results, but I didn’t see any results when I had it on my dog for a couple weeks. There’s no smell and the collar pendant didn’t loose it’s color. It was pretty easy to just attach to the collar, but overall I did not notice a difference, save your money and get something that actually works. Flea control bad!

A Bit Expensive But Worth it in the long run
Non-toxic🚫 No chemicals or pesticides🚫 No electricity or batteries🚫 No magnetic fields🚫 Doesn’t interfere with tracking collar or invisible fenceThis is a holistic approach to fleas and ticks for your pets. After using these tags on both my pets I’ve noticed them not scratching as much. They are metal discs that are durable, and are showing great signs of being effective. I live in Florida and the fleas can be horrible here. I use traditional methods for flea and tick control along with prescription anti itch meds. I’d prefer to get them off of these items and use something more natural. As this continues to work and becomes more effective over the next few weeks I will be weaning the dogs off of the meds. I can’t wait as this will make my purchase a great value and safer for my dogs

I had so much hope.
I was so excited for these and had some high hopes. I have a dog that has been resistant to any and all flea treaments that I’ve tried. These seemed so promising and lasted about 2 months before my babies started to show signs of fleas. So now it’s back to the drawing board as these are not working at all and both dogs have fleas. It’s pertinent to note that I’m in Florida where fleas are very prevalent.

Unobtrusive prevention!
Pendant has a great vivid pale gold color and is made of lightweight but durable material. Front of the pendant has a simple but textured design. Does not emit a strong scent like other flea/tick prevention collars, which my dog and I’s noses appreciate. Manual states to keep the pendant on your dog at all times (except during bathing/swimming) within first 3 – 4 weeks to reach full effectiveness. Overall, love it for its unobtrusive flea/tick prevention for my dog since our typical walk route has a lot of ticks lying around during the summer. Just attach it to your furry friend’s collar and have less worries while out and about with them.
