Zero stars.Bought first cage, bent frame to wear food doors don’t close(figured Id just bend to fix if needed) however there was a bigger problem…. The bar that a screw is supposed to go through doesn’t have the screw hole attachment. Got on customer service and ordered a replacement. The second cage that came had the exact same issue on the cage piece with the missing screw hole. very annoying… wasted my time putting together the first cage almost fully, making it sit in my living room half put together and then having to disassemble it only to have to trek it to the return center. Very practical to assemble together! It’s very convenient to move from one room to another with the wheels. And the storage down by the wheels to keep all supplies and food stored. My son loves it for his hamster. Could fit up to 2 hamsters

Didn’t meet my expectations. Careful Dermatitis
I bought 2 of these cages for my birds. And I am not satisfied. Some of the bars were bent and uneven, although the product was wrapped and secured. It took a minute to put the first cage together because the pieces weren’t labeled. The waste bin is a joke, if the cage should wobble it will fall out. And then you would have dropping all over the floor.They had a good concept but the design needed more work. Based on previous cages that I have purchased for my birds, weren’t expensive as these were, but was worth it. The design and the idea surpass these cages that I bought.After figuring out the first cage. I thought it would be easier with the second. Wishful thinking. The side piece for the feeding tray was made incorrectly. Instead of opening from the outside, it is opening from the inside.I wanted to pack it all up and return it. But honestly I could not find the strength to pull it apart and return it.So they have to work for now.I must implore you if you must buy this cage use gloves. I spent about 2 hours putting them together, not wearing gloves and handling the cast iron material not thinking it would affect me.Now I have dermatitis in the middle of my hand. So, be careful how you handle it.

Bent wire
The cage arrived with bent components, particularly the small doors for food and water, which would not close properly. A replacement was sent, but it had the same defects. Additionally, the top perch did not align with the designated holes and required force to install. Overall, the product appears poorly constructed and lacks durability. The manufacturer should review quality control, as assembly highlights these issues.

For daily use, the full open front door and slide out bottom tray simplify waste removal, minimizing mess and making cleaning effortless compared to standard cages. The thoughtful design extends to the arc shaped metal locks on the feeders, a great security detail that prevents clever birds from opening them. However, the one significant drawback is that the included wooden playtop perch is a bit small for larger conures or cockatiels, limiting its use as a primary bonding spot.

Decent birdcage
Edit update review: customer service is everything! After seeing my review the seller reached out to me and offered a replacement stressing that quality products and customer satisfaction is their priority. Within 2 days the replacement was sent and every single piece was perfectly aligned. My first shipment was clearly an unfortunate mistake but they made it right. I’d definitely recommend this product and seller to anyone who asks.I really struggled with deciding if this was a solid 3 star product or a very generous 4 star and in the end settled on 3.6. Every single panel was bent, the top perch bar was a full 3” wider than the birdcage itself but I was able to smash the heck out of the ends to bend it to fit… which required a good deal of effort. Same with the remaining panels. Despite the box being well packed and then packed again in another, larger box, this was beat up pretty good.Given the size and the seemingly carelessness in packing – it got a 3 star rating. The cost is reasonable but there are many other options on the market that provide more space for roughly the same price. However, Lemknade and Blueberry seem content in their new home.Side note – instructions leave a lot to be desired as well.
