It works
Bought this to try with my new puppy for a little mental challenge. It didn’t take her too long, the pieces slide fairly easy.

I love it!
I’d originally started off putting pieces of cat treats in it in the hopes that my cat would be interested, but unfortunately my American Bully was more interested, so I might have to get a separate one for the cat…The sliding pieces are easy enough to move, so I think my dog is just sniffing the whole thing and unintentionally managing to move them with her nose. But they’re easy enough for a cat to move around with their paws, too.I like that it has rubber bits on the bottom so that it doesn’t slide around on the hard floors. I’m not quite sure why it has the white loops around the corners, but I like that, because it makes it easy to pick up or hang somewhere if you need it out of the way.Right now the price is $9.99 USD, with a coupon that lowers it to $6.99 USD, so I honestly think I’ll get a few of them, that way the cat and dog can each have their own. I also want to try it out with my smallest ball python, my only snake whose food would fit into the little compartments.Depending on the size of treats you use, you may have to break them up to fit in here, but as the pictures show, you can fit a decent amount of smaller kibble in them, so that’s great for pets who are driven by anything edible (like my Bully). This is my first puzzle feeder thing, but I really like it! I’d definitely recommend it for people whose pets need to be kept busy, or who just want to give them a little more enrichment and stimulate their brains throughout the day. They’d also make great gifts for friends with pets, especially for the price!

My cats are too lazy for this
I bought this in hopes that my cats would find it entertaining, as they’ve never had to work for treats before, they unanimously decided to simply meow and look cute. THATS all it takes and poof! They get a treat.. (It gets me every time). It is an interesting well made item and seems sturdy and intriguing, my cats are just spoiled Lil stinkers who don’t want to “struggle” to get a treat…lol

Fun and stimulating mental game for my foster pub
I’m a first-time dog foster and so I’m going a little overboard spoiling huh with toys and games. I’m trying to learn what is best not only for her but also for future fosters that I might have. One of the articles I read said that one of the best ways to calm down a hyper puppy is by stimulating their brain. There’s lots of ways to do this including snuffle mats and puzzle toys like this one. This toy was my first attempt at getting her to use her brain to find her own food. It was adorable to watch her move the little doors with her nose as she was hunting for her pieces of kibble. The toy has little grippy feet on the bottom to help keep it in place while she pushes at the little doors. She caught on really quickly and solved it fast. I did notice that she took a really long nap after solving the puzzle. It’s a good toy and easy to clean. So far I’m only putting hard kibble in it to make sure I don’t have too much of a mess to clean up. It is pretty lightweight and easy to carry with me but durable enough that my foster pup hasn’t caused any damage. It’s a really good size for my 30 lb dog. It’s also a really good value.

Great quality dog puszzle
With three female huskies, finding a toy that keeps them busy is a tall order, but this puzzle feeder actually held their attention. It’s made of a durable, hard plastic that can stand up to a bit of “pawing,” though I wouldn’t leave it alone with a heavy chewer. Our senior pups, who are over 100 pounds each, figured out the sliding compartments pretty quickly, but it still slowed down their treat-eating time significantly. The blue color is bright and easy for them to see, and the non-slip pads on the bottom actually work quite well on our hardwood floors. It’s technically sized for small to medium dogs, so my large huskamutes looked a bit funny using it, but it functioned just fine for their treat-dispensing needs. It’s a great way to provide some mental stimulation on days when it’s too hot for a long walk.
