Great quality, Great price.
So the original cage that I had gotten (from pet store) was way more expensive than this one and not even close to comparable in the quality. It’s fairly easy to put together considering the size. No tools needed unless you’re tightening the lock components, and a small screwdriver worked perfect! The best parts for me are the bottom grate comes out easily for cleaning, the wheels lock, and it’s going to be less of a hassle to keep clean! The stairs also seem a lot more sturdy for climbing on, the ones on my last cage were a thinner piece of plastic and one even broke in half. It was time for a new cage all together and this was the best one I could have gotten! It’s also a lot more sturdy which is great. The only thing I wish was different are the doors to get into the cage, the bottom one is plastic instead of metal but that’s the only thing I’m worried about. I don’t think I will use that door often unless I’m cleaning it to avoid it from potentially breaking, but that is the only downside and I can live with that. It’s not excessively wide like the old one I had either (perfect for my home) and it makes up for that with how tall it is so my chinchilla has plenty of room to venture around, he loves it and so do I! Worth every penny and I am so happy with this purchase.

The ULTIMATE bunny litter box!
tl;dr: We adopted our bun in November of 2022 and it was a real challenge to figure out what the best litter box setup was for our free roam house bun. We went through SO MANY LITTER BOXES trying to find the perfect option and this is it!BUNNY LITTER BOX CRITERIAOk, so this is what I was looking for in regards to the perfect litter box for our bun:- Big enough to fit our 6.5 lbs bun.- Easy to fill hay manger thingy from the top.- Contains hay as much as possible.- Plastic floor with holes so it’s more comfortable for our bun’s feetsies.- Easy to pull out the litter pan.- Fits the same size of pee pads that we already have. lolAdmittedly, this criteria was developed after purchasing three or four other more traditional litter boxes and then one that is very similar to this product. The traditional litter boxes just resulted in a lot of mess because our bun was standing in the litter box with his pee and poop. When I found the one that is similar to this product it was such a huge relief. IT CONTAINS THE HAY (mostly). It works well with some modifications, which is removing the top grate thing of the cage so that it is easier to refill his hay. It’s also not the easiest to pull out the litter tray, but that could be because we don’t have the wheels on it.WHAT I LIKE- Everything. This litter box literally meets every criteria I have for the ideal bunny litter box.- It’s so easy to open and close the top to refill his hay. The same goes for opening and closing the door/ramp. The other one we have that is similar to this is not as easy to open and close. If you have a bunny, you know how awful their pee smells and so the least amount of time you have to spend around the pee, the better off you are.- The litter pan slides out so smoothly. It’s amazing. I love it. Again, anything that makes cleaning a bunny’s litter box easier makes me happy.- The plastic grate is so smooth and it is ONE PIECE. The other one we have has two grates and a plastic piece in the middle. This just makes for a lot more places for bunny pee to get into and to have to clean. It’s not fun. It smells. It’s hard to clean. One piece is SO MUCH BETTER.WHAT I DON’T LIKE- The ramp/door is advertised as non-slip, but it’s not. I just put a blanket on it to make it easy for him to get in and out. I also bought clear 1″ tread tape and cut it to fit in between all of the lines. He still didn’t trust it at first, so we keep the blanket around, but when the blanket falls off, he will still go up the ramp. The tread tape is something I highly recommend that you purchase with this if you’re using it for a litter box.- It’s not that I don’t like this, it’s just not useful to our bun. The little “loft” and ramp that comes with this is useless for our bun. He weight about 6.5 lbs and is the same length as the ramp and could never fit on the loft. We tried using the loft to set his hay on, but that was obviously very messy. I just took these out. If you have a larger bun, I would just not install them.Pictured is our void bun, Bean, enjoying his gourmet hay. You can also see the tread tape, which is what looks like the frosted part on the ramp. Also, the blanket that sometimes stays attached. Depends on how aggressively our bun is playing with the other animals in the house. lol

Good quality, easy to clean, smaller than I thought
Recently got a 10 week old Holland Lop bunny. I really like this kennel as it’s easy to clean. The only downside is it’s smaller than I thought, though I was out of town when I ordered it, so I didn’t measure. We ended up getting a playpen to go around the kennel so he has more room. He loves the second level, he typically sleeps there. The walls are higher than I thought, but he’s still able to reach his water bowl that screws onto the wire. The catch tray is nice, you just pull it out and clean it. So far, he’s not chewed on anything. At first the ramp to get out was hard for him, but he got the hang of it quick. We plan to free roam, but got this as his safe space. It also is able to fit his litter box underneath the second level.

Pink Palace- not for baby rats but adult rats will be fine in here!
Super easy to put together. I got this for my rats. Unfortunately, one is still too small for it as she can fit her head thru the bars. I have to wait until they grow a little more but it will be a wonderful cage for them once they are the right size. Also, I’ve been using it as a playground while supervised for them while they stay in the smaller cage and grow a bit more. It’s beautiful and pink and wonderful. My whole bedroom is pink themed so this was perfect.The other thing I love about it is I can put it together the way I want as far as which side the doors go on. I am bed bound a lot due to my disease so it is nice to have the two top doors facing my bed so I can sit and hold the rats without having to stand up, and the other bottom door facing out so on the days I can walk I can open the bottom door and let them out to play in their playpen on the ground. Plus it matches my strawberry theme perfect.Super value for money. Safety is decent, I recommend not using the grate at the bottom for safety reasons if your animal is smaller. And don’t use it until your animal is big enough to not fit their head thru the bars. Adult rats are fine, baby rats are iffy (like mine.) I have to wait until they get a little larger is all 🙂
