Perfect size for a small Parakeet.
This Carrier is a good size for my 2yr old bourke parakeet. The only con is that it does have a quite potent smell of plastic from the clear plastic panels. I’ve tried to air it out and wipe it down with water, which did help some but still smells. He tries to fly out of the clear plastic sides but calms down quite quickly. It is easy to zip together, seems pretty sturdy, not bulky, easy to carry by the top handle. I haven’t tried to carry it with the strap yet, the little zip up door isn’t easy to zip shut but is functional and safe, I like the design overall.

Good, mesh version is probably better
Took my cockatiel on an airplane with this. I added small food and water bowls to one side, which made it a little cramped for her (not enough space for the tail), but without the bowls it’s pretty good. I wish I got the mesh version, because the plastic makes the inside heat up fast if I want to take her outside in the summer heat.

Efficient travel carrier
Very portable carrier for small birds like parakeets or zebra doves, or to transport fledgling small birds since the bottom is soft and can be lined as well as fit a small handtowel rolled into a nest next to the perch that is low enough so they don’t get hurt if they fall off. Bought several to transport around or temporarily hold them over night especially if they cannot perch too well. Also foldable in case it needs to be stored for a while.

Good size for a parakeet or 2 to be comfortable for a short trip.
When I first saw it in the box I thought it was huge. I just wanted a small carrier for the bird at my work to go to the vet. Once it was put together the size actually is perfect. Spacious enough for a parakeet but not hard to get them out. The only thing I don’t like is the perch sits almost touching the bottom and there is no place to put water. Works for a quick visit to the vet but would not use for more extended travel.

Almost perfect for my birb
First off, i was attracted to this carrier over others because of the color and breathability. Upon receiving i was surprised to find a disposable pad, which I missed reading in the description that it was included. I was able to put it together quickly and easily. The ONLY con I can note is that there are tiny hair-like strings that are on the inside, from the black trim along the edges. I’m going to take the time to remove all of these lose fibers so that my conure does not ingest them. Otherwise, perfect bag for my needs.

Easy to Clean; Great Portability for Small Birds
These are the best for transporting small birds easily to the vet. They also work great for putting birds in quickly in case there is bad weather and you need to take them to a basement. I keep three of these on hand in our bird room for tornado siren emergencies. They do have a vinyl smell when they arrive but I clean them with soap and water and vinegar and put them out in the sun to air out for the day and they are just fine after that. Decent ventilation and I like that part is plastic so you can take them out in rain or cooler weather and they have some cover along with throwing a towel over. Easy to clean as well.

This is perfect for my cockatiel! I had a metal cage and he hated going to get his nails clipped. It broke so I got this one and he love it!! Seems cozy for him and he didn’t seem so scared. Mail clippings went smooth. Thank you!
