Dogs love these!
My dogs would eat these all day every day. They actually ask to go out very often because all they want is the treat when they return into the house. They are great quality and they are always fresh. They are small, about the size of my thumbnail. They are firm but soft or chewy for the dogs eating pleasure. The reason I buy these over and over is because they do not bother my dogs digestion at all. It is just a fun treat. I have to be careful to make sure that the treats are locked away either in a closet or on a high shelf because my dogs will definitely eat the entire bag in one sitting. I do wish that they made larger bags though! My dogs love these so much that we have them on monthly subscription even though they’ve run out far before the new one comes.

Perfect Training Treats My Puppy Loves Them!
I’ve tried several puppy treats, and these are by far the best! They are soft, so my little one can chew them easily, and the lamb & salmon flavor seems to be a huge hit. I love that they’re all-natural and grain-free, so I feel good about giving them as a reward during training. Great training treat.
What’s not to love about these? If my dogs could speak, they’d tell me just how much they love these.Pros:1. They’re the perfect size for both of my dogs. I’ve got a Shih Tzu and I tear them apart in 1/2 for her(she doesn’t chew her food). I’ve also got a Golden Retriever/Cattle dog x and I give him a whole one(he does chew his food.)2. They’re soft enough that I can tear them in 1/2 and she doesn’t know the difference.3. They’re not hard at all making them easy to split in 1/2.4. They’re definitely at a great price point for the amount you get. Especially if you tear them in half.5. They’re last a long time without drying out. I put mine in a container with a lid. They seem to last a lot longer than leaving them in the bag.6. They’re the perfect treat or training treat, or you may use them however you’d like to given the fact they’re soft enough to tear in 1/2 or leave whole.7. Given all of the above, they’re functional all the way around.Cons: The only con I’ve got is, I wish they were a little bigger.

When I cut these up, hard translucent shards of what look like….glass/ seashells/ bones fall out. Has anyone received a response from Wellness about what these are? Is it safe for my puppy to consume?

My puppy cannot get enough of these…he goes nuts for them. I started buying Wellness food on the recommendation of my vet and several other people as he was really little when we got him – ‘the runt’ of the litter – and now he is thriving so I figured we would stick to the brand with the treats.I am wondering if this company puts something in these as my ordinarily sweet and snuggly little toy Australian Shepherd completely loses it when he sees the package or we even go near the area the treats are kept. He actually got the treats and took them into his bed and it was an ordeal trying to get them away from him – see attached picture.These are excellent training treats. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Five stars.In addition I did research on this brand (I have a coworker who had a pet die due to contaminated/recalled pet food and this is a concern for me) and wellness has an excellent track record. These treats have never been recalled so far as I have been able to see.
