Very good size for a single hamster and great to fit lil toys and accessories for my hamster she loves it and it looks very good in my room the quality is good for the price just keep in mind you get what u pay for very satisfied and it was easy to set up all moving parts function as intended especially the main door and definitely recommend for beginner owners

Not chew proof
We bought this cage and it’s been a nice cage for a couple of months, however, this happened in less than a 24 hour time span and our hamster got out. Luckily we found her but we will either need to figure out a way to make the cage more secure or not use it anymore. A shame considering the money that was spent on it.

Me and my hamster love this new home, after I research what’s the best to do for my hamster I found this oneFirst the chatgpt agree this size,and deep enough also it’s aforable for me,Second it’s easy to install just about 4-5 steps to do it , 8 screws around the corner.Third is the water proof floor, which the reason I leave this review, it’s easy to wipe all the pee and poop, no need to wash under the sink like my old one, easy to clean when I do a big cleaning for my hamster,So I give this 5 of 5, hope all the hamster owners can do some research before get the hamster,not like me learning after and spending the money two times on the cage….

Great customer service and satisfaction guarantee
Bottom was warped, the protective acrylic film was sandwiched so it couldn’t be removed fully. screws alignment for side panels was off enough that the front panel falls out of the track. Several screws were loose. Prefab on this product was absolutely horrible. Not recommended! Can’t return because it now has a live creature in it.****Update company absolutely made things right and showed how much the satisfaction of value of their customers is of importance. Can comfortably say I would be willing to try them again.

Stellar for a syrian!
Purchased this LARGE cage for a syrian hamster for my foster teen. She absolutely loves how easy the cage is to clean and how you can see our hamster everywhere. The hamster adores it, we are able to put SO much deep bedding and he just makes burrows on it. You can see all the way around it! It’s a wonderful natural type habitat that I am not worried about him chewing.
