FAQ for Electric Aquarium Vacuum Gravel Cleaner

Question one： Why the aquarium gravel vacuum doesn’t work or stop working?

1. Put the pump in the water first before turn it on, otherwise, the pump will not be started. If you have firstly powered it on and then put the pump in the water, the pump will stop working for a few seconds. Please turn it on and off repeatedly to exhaust the air of the pump, then everything back to normal.

2. Please make sure the power socket has electricity and the two wires are connected normally.

3. Please use the Power Converter included in the package if you received the 220V version.

Question two: Why the power is not strong after using it for a period?

1. There might have blockage, our clearner is easy to disassemble for cleaning.
