Gets levels accurately!
Easy to use, clean, and understand! Love the kit and especially the glass viles!!! Just wish it had a stand or something I could easily carry it in other then the foam/box. Worth the price!

Affordable, works just fine 🙂
Great test kit, easy to use. The vials are glass so be careful with those. A bit more affordable than the API test kit, the packaging is cardboard so likely to get ruined eventually but that’s not really important, to me at least.
Drew from Jersey –
Reasonably priced
Very good much more accurate than the popular brand, and doesn’t cost as much.
Casandra –
Accurate
Glass tubes are fragile. The tests are overall accurate and easy to read. Recommend alternative tubes.

Good quality and well thought out product.
Comes with everything you need. I kept the foam block so I can set up all the tubes and do all my testing at once without anything falling over and making a mess. I also store all the bits on it in the drawers below the tank. Good quality kit. The extra test types are good for specialty tank setups.

Ph Solution is Bad!!
I love this test kit. Have been using it for awhile but now the pH test solution is all messed up. It’s a bright red and my readings are way higher then what my actual pH is. I’ve received 2 test kits now with messed up pH solutions. All the other solutions are fine but don’t trust the pH!

This 5 in 1 aquarium water testing kit is a great budget friendly option compared to the more costly kits you can get. I had a fancy goldfish who was staying at the bottom of the tank, and an algae bloom, so testing the water showed me that the phosphate levels were way too high. 24 hours after a complete tank clean, I did another water test and my phosphates were fine and my fish has returned to normal! The instructions were very easy to follow, the testing process doesn’t take too long and the kit comes with everything you need. I do think that the instructions could benefit just from listing the ideal parameters for freshwater and marine tanks, but other than that a super handy kit and a good introduction to water testing!

I am not what we’d call a thick person, but trying to fathom out what the hell is was supposed to do with 3 bottles of nitrate, one was nitrate 1, one was nitrate 2. The 3rd bottle had no number, it was just nitrate. Its not on the instructions so I looked online and the stupid Google AI gave me several answers that contradicted each other.Like the Nutty Professor with a test tube I hope I got it right.
