1. What if my Covered stainless steel litter box is damaged or missing parts?

Please ask for a replacement. You can send an e.m.a.i.l to the address at the bottom of the user manual.

2. What if the tent cover is wrinkled?

The tent cover is made of Oxford fabric, if there are more wrinkles, you can iron it to remove the wrinkles.

3. How to switch between closed and open mode?

The Meowant Large Cat Litter Pan comes with an easy-to-install removable tent. Simply place the cover over the stainless steel litter box, thread on the fiberglass tubing, align the edges, and then use the clips on three sides.

4. How do I use the deodorizer?

Please keep the deodorant in the pocket on the inside of the tent. For safety reasons, do not allow cats or children to touch the deodorant block. The deodorant bag needs to be replaced after 1-2 months of use.

5. How to clean the Covered litter box?

The litter box and the Oxford cloth cover can be cleaned, the Oxford cloth cover needs to remove the fiberglass tube first, then wash and dry.
