No more hairballs!
I have several indoor cats and I hated cleaning up hairballs! I have been using this cat food for several months and have had no hairballs. My cats like this food. Granted it is more expensive than other brands but I will not go back to any other products. I now have all laminate flooring but if you have carpet, this is a game changer!

Purina is the only cat food our cat will eat, hairball control is working for him.
The Purina Pro Plan Hairball Management, Indoor Cat Food, Turkey and Rice Formula – 16 lb. Bag is the only cat food(dry or wet) that our cat will eat. We have tried numerous other dry and moist cat foods and he will just not eat any of them. We have left dry food out for over 24 hours and he did not have a single bite of it. We feed a stray outdoor cat that we feed both dry and moist food too and have tried each on our indoor cat and he will not touch them. He scrapes around the dish with the different food like he scrapes in his litter tray after he has used the litter tray. He would eat. Even though its only this one food our cat passes his vet visits with no issues and his weight is good for a 14 year old cat.We have used the hairball formula for some time and it does appear to control his hairballs as it is very seldom we see an upchucked hairball on the floor, and if we do its a very small one.

Great brand and my cats love it
I really love this brand and trust the quality of their products. I got this dry food specifically for my indoor cats to help manage their weight, and it’s been a great option. They love the flavors and always finish their meals.I also have this on auto-subscription so I never run out, which makes things really convenient. Overall, a great quality cat food that my cats enjoy and that I feel good about feeding them.

I was concerned about the type of food to give my cats. I spend hundreds of dollars trying to give them the best. Turns out simple is better. They love it.

Good product but getting very very pricy
We’ve fed this same Pro Plan cat food to our cats literally for years…probably since it first came out and was packaged in jugs (not bags). All of our cats over the years have liked it and for the most part even though Purina and now Nestle has changed the formula/make-up of the product over time, our cats have done well eating it. I’m glad to see Amazon carry this one as it is discounted somewhat (cheaper than Chewy – a PetSmart owned company) and that is my biggest complaint – PRICE. Nestle/Purina has continually slowly decreased weight/size and raised and escalated the price on this product almost to the point that we’re going to have to buy something else. I hate it, I really do because we want to feed something we believe in and know is a good, healthy product. But I also know there are comparable other dry cat foods out there that aren’t priced as high. If Nestle/Purina continues to decrease size and raise prices, even after years of loyal purchasing, we’ll be eliminating this product from our cats diets and buying something else.

The only formula that works for our cat
This really helped our cat reduce vomiting – ever since we switched to the indoor hairball formula our cat’s vomiting stopped. A true game changer!

Very good dry cat food
We carefully shopped around for a new dry cat food after another brand gave our cat bladder crystals, resulting in a $1000 surgery. The Purina Pro Plan line offers excellent nutritional value for the money, good ingredients without all the filler, and has been our go-to food for years now. The cats love it, and they’re very healthy. We won’t be switching anytime soon.

I use this food for my girls, one of which is a Maine Coon. I’ve never had any issues with hairballs despite them both being heavy shedders. They didn’t like the chicken flavoured version of this food (the standard adult cat) but this one they go crazy for. This is one of the best foods to feed your cat as it is WSAVA certified. The feeding guideline instructions are very accurate as both my girls have a fantastic body score according to my vet.
